We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.A detailed storage agreement for stem cell banking services is available upon request. Please contact us if you require a copy or more information.

We do not charge any additional fees or commissions specifically on transactions in UAE Dirham. All prices displayed are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds of initial fees will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

Please note the following:

• Enrollment and administration fees (including account setup, Collection Kit, delivery, and courier coordination) are non-refundable once the kit has been dispatched.
• Cancellation and return of an unopened kit may incur an administrative fee. Opened or used kits, or missed collections, will incur the full kit fee.
• Cancellation after sample collection will result in charges for the kit and processing fees for each processed component.
• Partial refunds may be issued for unprocessed components only.
• If a sample is rejected after processing, storage fees will be refunded but kit and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Clients may cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation if the Collection Kit has not been dispatched for a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates and other relevant jurisdictions, Smart Cells ME FZLLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any other damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use our Website, products, or services, even if Smart Cells ME FZLLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the service.
